As a newcomer to the 3D modeling team, I’m Tomás, and I’m excited to share some details about the changes we’ve implemented. From small visual tweaks to the complete overhaul of the rookie yard, I’ll give you the lowdown on how we’re giving Imprisioned a fresh new look.

It’s been a few years since this post where the team first showed off the inner courtyard.
Now, I want to share with you how it has evolved since then.
While that post featured a few minor improvements, today I can tell you that we’ve taken things to a whole new level.
The textures that were once promising have now been perfected, the shadows have gained depth, and every detail has been refined to offer an even more immersive visual experience.
But the story doesn’t end there.
Since then, there has been a giant leap in technology. Now, with Unreal Engine 5, we’ve taken the gaming experience to a whole new level.
I want you to see for yourselves how the team’s dedicated work has transformed every corner of the courtyard.
